Mountain hiking
The high mountains in the North of Spain rises to 2600 meter (7900 feet) in the shape of amazing limestone towers through the Green valleys&hamlets in the National Park of Picos de Europa and the Cantabric range. To the East, the Pyrenees provide a world of peaks (Up to 3400 m, 10300 ft), lakes and mountain huts in the mixture of French, Basque, Spanish and Catalan cultures&landscapes, to make use enjoy the best hiking routes.
Las áreas de Alta Montaña en el Norte de España alcanzan los 2600 metros de altitud a modo de alucinantes torreones calcáreos sobre valles y aldeas bucólicas en el Parque Nacional de los Picos de Europa y en la Cordillera Cantábrica. Más al Este, los Pirineos ofrecen un mundo de montañas (de hasta 3400 metros), lagos y refugios, en una mezcla de culturas francesa, vasca, catalana y aragonesa.

The Pilgrim’s way is the best-known pilgrimage itinerary in the Christian world, performed from the Xth century on to Santiago de Compostela, in North-Western corner of Spain, to pray in the tomb of Santiago the apostle. We will select the different branches, landmarks and landscapes in the mistic ambiance on the Way, enjoying the crowd in the best spots of the French way (trip offered in exclusive for Wilderness Travel), but also the little-known traces of the most isolated Pilgrim’s way, such as the Beato de Liebana ones, crossing the Picos de Europa in our way to Santiago.
